2. Familiar with the kitchen equipments.
3. Neat and clean in appearance.

5. At least 1 year experience in kitchen work.
Acts as helper to his assigned Chef de Parties and the Demi Chef. Forms part of the team as an auxiliary member. Might be assigned to replace the Demi Chef during his absence.
